Software Factory no longer declares an empty GitHub scope set to read the requester's login.
Service.list_for_account(account_id)reads an account's live sign-ins directly, and a scoped handle'slist_for_accountmakes the same read.With that declaration gone, the GitHub row in Settings → Services no longer lists Software Factory under "Used by".
The author guide documents the direct read.
