The web command takes DRUKS_WEB_PORT and keeps 8001 as the default. Compose no longer requires DRUKS_POSTGRES_PASSWORD to interpolate the postgres service, so `up --no-deps web` starts without it. The postgres image still refuses an empty password. DRUKS_DATABASE_POOL_SIZE, DRUKS_DATABASE_MAX_OVERFLOW and DRUKS_DBOS_POOL_SIZE bound each process's connections. The web process binds step sessions to its request engine, so it opens one app pool, not two.

Several Druks instances can now share one host's Postgres and Redis. Each instance runs only its
webservice.webcommand readsDRUKS_WEB_PORT. The defaults are the current values.docs/configuration.mdgives the per-process connection budget and the actual JWKS cache lifetime of one hour.
