Replaces the archived
is-valid-domainpackage with the maintainedparse-domainpackage. This should remove thepunycodedeprecation method in some of the new newer node versions and fix #97 .I wasn't quite able to get the Vagrant setup working so I'm no quite sure what the optimal testing framework would be.
