연구실 사용 현황을 고려해봤을떄 감소의 원인은 분석해야 될 필요성 or 우선순위가 낮을 것 같습니다.
교수님이 코멘트 해주신거처럼 조금 고도화가 필요 해보이고,
AWS가 제공하는 forecast 데이터가 저희 Use Case랑 잘 안맞아서 해당 데이터를 좀 과도하게 사용하는 부분은 리팩토링이 필요해보입니다.

네엡, 감소원인과 forecast를 이용한 이달 소진 현황과 %계산은 삭제해두도록 하겠습니다. 답변이 잘리는 경우도 있어서 이부분도 검토해서 푸시해두겠습니다!
