The test-php job's matrix tested PHP 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, and 8.2 — six versions, three per supported major. Per WordPress core's PHP compatibility policy, wp/6.5 supports PHP 7.0 through 7.4 and 8.0 through 8.3. This project's testing convention covers only the lowest and highest supported minor version within each supported major, not every minor in between, so the matrix should have tested 7.0, 7.4, 8.0, and 8.3 instead. The old matrix both tested unnecessary intermediate versions (7.3, 8.1) and missed the actual boundaries of the supported range: it never tested PHP 7.0 or 7.1 at all, and stopped one minor short of the newest supported 8.x release (8.2 instead of 8.3). Updated `.github/workflows/unit-test.yml`'s `test-php` job matrix to `7.0`, `7.4`, `8.0`, `8.3`.

What?
Updates
.github/workflows/unit-test.yml'stest-phpjob's PHP version test matrix from7.2,7.3,7.4,8.0,8.1,8.2to7.0,7.4,8.0,8.3.Why?
Per WordPress core's PHP compatibility and WordPress versions policy,
wp/6.5supports PHP7.0–7.4and8.0–8.3. This branch-repair project's testing convention is to test only the lowest and highest supported minor version within each supported major version, not every minor in between. The previous matrix didn't follow this convention and also didn't match the actual supported range: it tested unnecessary intermediate versions (
7.3,8.1) while never testing the lowest supported minors (7.0,7.1) and stopping one minor short of the highest supported8.xrelease (8.2instead of8.3).The corrected matrix is
7.0,7.4,8.0,8.3— the lowest and highest minor for each of the two supported majors.Use of AI Tools
