What does this PR do?

This PR establishes the foundational context and guidance for various AI agents operating within the repository, including Gemini, Cursor, and Claude Code:

• included AGENTS.mdto serve as a comprehensive, agent-agnostic instruction manual for contributing to this project;
• created AI agent-specific configuration and rule files (.claude/*, .cursor/*, .gemini/*);

To test whether an AI agent reads and follows to the project-wide and the compliance rules, instruct it to do the following:

Create a new file and add a function that takes in numbers and returns their sum.

When the work is finished, you need to verify that:
