This PR introduces a structured Table of Contents (TOC) to the README.md to improve documentation navigation and overall readability.
The TOC provides quick jump links to all major sections of the project, making it easier for contributors and users to explore the repository in a structured way.

✨ Changes Introduced

  1. Added a Table of Contents near the top of the README
  2. Included anchor links for all major sections and subsections
  3. Organized nested entries for better hierarchy and clarity
  4. Ensured alignment between TOC links and actual section headers

🎯 Impact

  1. Improves README navigation and usability
  2. Enhances onboarding experience for new contributors
  3. Makes long documentation easier to scan and navigate
  4. Improves overall project presentation and structure
