docs: retire the shared-workspace and Workflows pages

Why

Two published pages were pulling their weight in the wrong direction.

We don't sell shared workspaces right now. cloud/run-in-the-cloud/shared-workspace.mdx walked readers through deploying hosted cloud workers. The product already contradicts it — that dashboard screen is labelled Alpha and banners "New cloud workspaces are no longer available from this page." Documenting a flow we don't sell sets up a conversation we then have to walk back.

The Workflows page wasn't useful. Three dense paragraphs about renaming, pinning, archiving and moving sessions into group folders. Those features are real, but the page read as generic project-management filler and was far too technical for our audience.

What

• Deleted both pages.
• Removed the now-empty Run in the cloud nav group (shared-workspace was its only page).
• Added redirects for both URLs so nothing 404s: → /cloud/get-started and → /start-here/do-work-with-it/skills-plugins-and-mcp.
• Fixed every inbound link, which would otherwise have broken: the Shared workspaces bullet in cloud/get-started.mdx, the Cloud-primitives sentence in start-here/self-host.mdx (grammar repaired, not just the link removed), and the Cloud hub card in start-here/get-started.mdx that advertised hosted workers.
