Pull request overview
Backports dotnet/dotnet#7697 to the release/8.0.1xx branch by updating the VMR build pipeline template to use OAuth-based authentication (via the pipeline access token) instead of a retired PAT/variable group when preparing internal NuGet feed credentials for smoke tests.
Changes:
- Remove use of the
AzureDevOps-Artifact-Feeds-Patsvariable group for internal runs. - Switch the smoke-test NuGet credential injection from
$(dn-bot-dnceng-artifact-feeds-rw)to$(System.AccessToken)with updated inline rationale comments.
