Root cause: CurrentReferences used the configured SDK runtime’s TFM ( net12.0 ) to locate the WinForms reference assembly, but the repository currently targets net11.0 . This produced a nonexistent reference path and caused 11 C# analyzer tests to fail. Fix: CurrentReferences.cs now takes: • The TFM from the analyzer test assembly’s runtime config ( net11.0 ). • The installed reference-pack version from the configured SDK runtime config.
