wave: LP overhaul — early WIP

Extremely early draft, parking here for first-pass feedback from the team. Not ready to ship — lots still to do on copy, polish, missing audience-specific pages, etc.

What's in:

• New /solutions/wave hub: hero with floating mock cards, live next-Wave strip, 3-stage lifecycle explainer with auto-playing animated illustrations (maintainer issues UI mock, applicant selection with cursor click, reward pool distribution), three-way audience funnel, Stellar proof stats (placeholders for now), short FAQ.
• New Wave feature band on the homepage / (3-lane card ticker) between hero and usecase grid.
• Shared mock-UI primitives under solutions/wave/components/mocks/ modeled on the real Wave app (issue rows, applicant cards, batch-actions bar, withdraw cards, points pills, etc).

Known TODOs / unresolved:

• Stellar proof numbers are placeholders ($250k+, 50k+, 200+).
• Audience funnel CTAs currently link out to the lead form / docs / /wave. Per-audience subpages cut for now.
• Hasn't had a polish pass on copy.
• Animations need more device testing.
