Problem
The automatic brightness sensor on my laptop isn't that great. Even on Windows, the brightness would change every 10-15 seconds. On eOS it's worse, like every 2 seconds. I've partially gotten around this by disabling auto brightness for my user, but it irks me that it still adjusts the brightness on the lock and login screens.
Proposal
Allow disabling automatic brightness on lock and login screens.
