Turn off auto refresh in settings

I have started using you extension, and like it very much.

I miss having an option to turn off auto refresh when switching tab, as some web pages does not need this. Some web sites updates their pages dynamically, and some web sites will always make you accept som conditions before displaying their content.

So it would be nice to be able to turn auto refresh off.
