Add property descriptions for: - AccountingInfo: balance, thresholdReceived, thresholdGiven, surplusBalance, reservedBalance, shadowReservedBalance, ghostBalance - Settlement: peer, received, sent - Settlements: totalReceived, totalSent, settlements Descriptions based on the SWAP accounting implementation in the Bee source code (pkg/accounting/accounting.go). Closes #5
