Sidebar has bad links to some methods with optional arguments

Links in sidebar (menu on the left, not "On this page" ToC) to some 3.x and 4.x methods with optional arguments have fragments that do not correspond to existing ids. Clicking them opens the right page, but does not scroll to the relevant section.

Affected pages (the hrefs that don't work):

• 4.x:

Hi @krzysdz i check the req.param( ) case in the 4x case. During debugging. i found that the sidebar nav entry points to #reqparamname while the corresponding heading on the page uses a different generated slug. i traced the sidebar link and followed the heading generation flow through astro files .i got the idea that the astro automatically generates and passes heading plugs to TOC[table of content] , after rebuilding and after debugging the site redirects to reqparamnane--defaultvalue but i can't reproduce the reported bug anymore. the navigation currently works in my local environment , but i am unable to reproduce the bug again , can you confirm that the issue currently exist or its has already been fixed

ToC (on the right) was working. The sidebar menu (main menu; on the left) had bad links - see PR #2363.
