Summary

  • The rules for agents and contributors did not say when the stack may delete family data. A start, a setup run or a switch could remove an account, and a stored copy could decide what to delete.
  • Two non-negotiables in AGENTS.md now say it: the stack deletes nothing of the family's implicitly, and code that deletes or overwrites something asks the service or file that owns it at that moment.

Two non-negotiables in AGENTS.md, for agents and contributors:

- The stack deletes nothing of the family's implicitly. A delete is its
own command that shows what it will delete and asks first.
- Code that deletes or overwrites something asks the service or file
that owns it at that moment. A stored copy can be missing or out of
date, so it never decides what to delete.
