This makes the VS Code extension aware of FastAPI Cloud log-retention entitlements, so Pro subscribers can select longer log ranges like 7 days and 14 days directly in the editor.
It also adds a manual “Load earlier logs” flow for noisy or high-traffic apps, allowing users to page in older log lines when the initial streamed tail is limited to 100 lines.
