Only one project can be specified error from msbuild

My project is at C:\Users{username}\Documents\Visual Studio 2013\Projects\ConsoleApplication19\ConsoleApplication19

When I try to build, I get:

For switch syntax, type "MSBuild /help"

This same error happens in powershell if I don't quote the path.
