engines.nodeto^22.12.0@folio/stripes-webpackto^7.0.0@folio/eslint-config-stripesto^9.0.0Absorbing the stripes-webpack update (see folio-org/stripes-webpack#183) requires raising the minimum supported version of Node to at least v20 due to its transitive dependencies. We are bumping all the way to v22 here to make it possible to absorb similar updates in the future without needing to break compatibility again. v22.12.0 specifically is chosen because that is the minimum version where require(esm) is enabled by default.
