Eight more t27c fixes landed after the t27c-v0.2.0 tag was cut, and the GitHub release is still an unpublished draft — so they belong in its notes rather than in a follow-up version.

Added to [0.2.0]: the hyphenated use path, gen-rust static mut, gen-c __auto_type, the trailing-semicolon clause, the forall neighbours, corpus reporting all four backends, the behavioural backend tests, and the loud-skip for missing test inputs — each with its measured before/after.

The tag will be re-pointed at the head that actually contains them, so the CHANGELOG and the tagged tree agree. Leaving them apart would ship a record that disagrees with its own contents, which is the class of defect this whole session has been fixing.
