Update to 4.13.0
Update to 4.15.0
Listen for changes to the cheap, regular, and expensive period sub-strategies so Dynamic recalculates the active strategy without requiring a stop and restart.
Add Disabled, Charge PV, and Charge EV trigger strategies with a Charge capacity warning. Exclude battery charging power from Charge import peak detection so regulated charging uses the available import headroom.
