What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

The jobs.<job_id>.cancel-timeout-minutes key is not documented anywhere in the workflow syntax article. The workflow schema in actions/languageservices (workflow-parser/src/workflow-v1.0.json, at fb5c6e4) accepts it on a job, as a number, next to timeout-minutes. A section is needed that says what it controls, its default, and how it relates to timeout-minutes.
