I'm suggesting these edits to an existing topic or collection:

dsh lists dsh-plugin as an alias, but dsh-plugin got its own curated topic in #5377. That trips the alias check in the full topics test suite, so any PR touching a topic fails test (topics) right now (see #5395). Moving it to related, which is what the test message asks for.
