Adds a
plugin-pathinput for repos where the plugin lives in a subdirectory rather than the repo root. Only applies when usingplugin-grafana-dependencymode without agrafana-dependencyoverride. Also fixes a pre-existing test bug where thelimitinput wasn't mocked, causing most test cases to silently return only one version.
