Add Google Places address autocomplete

What does this change?

Adds the @graphcommerce/address-autocomplete package, providing Google Places address autocomplete for customer and checkout address forms.

When an address is selected, it populates:

• Street and house number
• Address addition
• Postcode and city
• Country
• Magento region ID

The existing manual address field remains available when Google Maps is not configured or fails to load.

Additional changes

• Adds the googleMapsApiKey configuration option.
• Integrates through the GraphCommerce plugin system.
• Supports normalized Magento region matching.
• Adds tests for address formatting, field mapping, region resolution, and fallback behavior.
• Documents installation, configuration, behavior, and troubleshooting.
