fix: bump actions/cache to v6 - #402

actions/cache v1/v2 requests are now automatically failed by GitHub (cache service shutdown, see https://github.blog/changelog/2024-12-05-notice-of-upcoming-releases-and-breaking-changes-for-github-actions/#actions-cache-v1-v2-and-actions-toolkit-cache-package-closing-down), breaking every CI job that used to cache npm modules.

Summary
CI is currently red on every PR (e.g. #401) because
actions/cache@v2is used in.github/workflows/ci.yml. GitHub has shut down the old cache service backingactions/cachev1/v2, so any job using it now fails immediately at "Prepare all required actions":See the changelog.
This bumps all three
actions/cache@v2references tov6(the current major version tag) to unblock CI.Test plan
