長時間かかるオンチェーン書き込みの進行中表示を一箇所にまとめるための基盤。 実際の一括置換は後続 PR で行う。 - `Button` に `loading` / `loadingText` を追加。`disabled` のみだと「操作不可」 にしか見えず「処理中」が伝わらないため、スピナーを出しつつ variant 本来の 配色を保つ（`data-[loading]` で disabled 用の減色を打ち消す）。 - `composite/transaction-progress-panel` を新設し、`$treeId_.thankstoken.send` の `SendingStep` と `AssistCreditSendSheet` の `SendingPanel` を置き換え。 アイコンの周囲でスピナーリングを回す。元の実装は `animate-pulse` だったが、 このアプリで `animate-pulse` はスケルトンの記法（`ui/skeleton`、メンバー 一覧のプレースホルダ）であり「中身がまだ来ていない」に読めてしまうため。 アイコン自体は残し、「何を待っているか」は伝わるようにしている。 - 2ファイルに重複定義されていた `CenteredPanel` を `composite/centered-panel` に集約（`fill="screen" | "panel"`）。 シート内のタイトルのみ `Typography body/bold` から `Heading h5` に変わる （15px → 17px）。見出しは Heading に寄せる設計方針に合わせた意図的な変更。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
