Sepolia のサブグラフ2本は別の Goldsky プロジェクト (project_cm5nv64onnxxz01wf8smdgk1e) に移っており、wrangler.toml が指していた 旧プロジェクトの URL は 404 Subgraph not found を返していた。Sepolia で Worker を 動かすと読み取りツールが全滅する。 - mcp・discord-bot の top-level [vars]（= Sepolia）の GOLDSKY_GRAPHQL_ENDPOINT と HATS_GRAPHQL_ENDPOINT を新プロジェクトへ - Hats 側はバージョンも 0.0.1 → 1.0.0 に変わっているので合わせて更新 - env.base の Base 向け URL は旧プロジェクトのまま生きているので変更なし 新エンドポイントは両方とも同一ブロックまで同期済み・hasIndexingErrors: false、 workspace と tree が相互に引けることを確認済み。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

概要
Sepolia のサブグラフ2本がaoiさんがシェアして下さった別の Goldsky プロジェクトに移っており、
wrangler.tomlが指していた旧プロジェクトの URL が404 Subgraph not foundを返す状態でした。このまま Sepolia で Worker を動かすと、@toban/mcpの読み取りツールと Discord bot のサブグラフ参照が全滅します。新しいエンドポイントに差し替えました。
変更内容
pkgs/extensions/mcp/wrangler.tomlとpkgs/extensions/discord-bot/wrangler.tomlの top-level[vars]（= Sepolia）にあるGOLDSKY_GRAPHQL_ENDPOINT/HATS_GRAPHQL_ENDPOINTを新プロジェクトproject_cm5nv64onnxxz01wf8smdgk1eに向けました0.0.1→1.0.0に変わっているため、あわせて更新していますenv.baseの Base 向け URL は旧プロジェクトのままで生きているので、変更していません確認したこと
新しいエンドポイント2本に対して、以下を実際にクエリして確認しました。
hasIndexingErrors: falsetreeIdが Hats 側の tree としても引ける（2本のデータが噛み合っている）pkgs/subgraph/schema.graphqlのエンティティに差分なし影響範囲
Worker の設定値のみの変更です。アプリケーションコードには手を入れていません。デプロイ順は
DEPLOYMENT.mdのとおり identity Worker → discord-bot の順になります。
