Not all schemas were updated with new 8.4.0 partner in last PR. This PR corrects that.
Note the testlib schemas will change because the
inLibraryattribute for merged schemas is not be propagated properly when merged schemas are output in the hed-python tools. However, since hed-javascript assumes that the schemas are valid, this should not affect their use in the tests of this repository. @happy5214: They will be fixed in the next few days.
