Each sub-package handles the discovery of the adequate version itself.
The installer has switched to the mamba solver since several years.

Miniconda was the only installer that did not allow for selection.
This PR implements the required plumbing to allow it.
It is down through the use of
BP_MINICONDA_VERSION.As a drive-by improvements:
buildwill also ensure to only process each installer once.
