This PR releases Elayne WordPress block theme version 4.6.3, implementing streamlined Vibe CLI configuration alongside enhanced project documentation. The version bump synchronizes metadata across style.css, readme.txt, and CHANGELOG.md, while developer guidance is significantly improved through an updated AGENTS.md. Vibe tooling is modernized via a reconfigured config.toml and removal of the deprecated prompts file. Collectively, these changes strengthen development workflow consistency and maintainability.

Version and Release Management:

• Version incremented to 4.6.3 across style.css header, readme.txt Stable tag, and CHANGELOG.md
• Maintains consistent version alignment across all theme metadata files

Vibe Configuration:

• Updated .vibe/config.toml with modernized tool settings
• Deleted deprecated .vibe/prompts/vibe.md, removing 858 lines of redundant configuration
• Net reduction of 563 lines indicates significant configuration streamlining

Documentation and Developer Guidance:

• AGENTS.md updated with comprehensive project-specific guidelines and development workflows
• Added 295 lines of structured documentation for coding standards, testing procedures, and environment management
