Stories for the small components that are in their final shape
Stacked on #4012, because five of these components move into
ui-componentsthere. The inputs, selects and dropzones get their stories when they move onto react-aria.KeyboardKey,AnimatedDots,ProgressBar,Highlighter,IndexPrefix,InfoTooltip; story texts stay domain-neutralTooltipandInfoTooltiptakesize="normal" | "wide"instead of awideflag
