PR review agents (16 files) and infrastructure skills (3 dirs) now live in inkeep/team-skills under ci/pr-review/ and are loaded at CI time via --plugin-dir. Remove the local copies and update AGENTS.md reference. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
