Updates Wrangler from 4.134.0 to 4.139.0 and fixes the dependency audit failures blocking the open maintenance PRs. Miniflare receives an MCP-package Undici 7.29.1 override because its pinned 7.29.0 is vulnerable; the root lockfile refreshes Devalue and Undici within their existing allowed ranges.
Validation: root and MCP dependency audits report zero vulnerabilities; MCP protocol tests, type checking under Node 22/npm 10, lint, formatting, Agent Skill integrity, site build, and Wrangler deploy dry run pass.
