Thread an optional disableTokenRefresh through LoginCommand so callers can set it on jf login without resetting a previously saved value when the flag is omitted on a later re-login.

Threads an optional disableTokenRefresh through LoginCommand (JGC-520) so jf login can set it without resetting a previously saved value when the flag is omitted on a later re-login. CLI-side flag wiring lands in a companion jfrog-cli PR.
