This pull request introduces a new feature to the documentation command system, allowing documentation topics to be listed and displayed in their original source order, rather than alphabetically. It also adds a new
--alloption to display all topics at once, updates related tests, and makes several internal improvements to maintain the correct topic order when loading, merging, and displaying documentation topics.
