Scripts to download precip data and parse them into DSS files for use with HEC-RTS. Requirements:

• HEC-Metvue dowloaded/isntalled - https://www.hec.usace.army.mil/software/hec-metvue/downloads.aspx
• python3+
• pip install of nest_aayncio, asyncio, aoihttp, and async_timeout

Instructions:

1. Download entire package (Script, params.txt, and gridreader) to desired folder.
2. Edit "params.txt to reflect user choices
3. Run python script.
