Custom JBC Challenges

This PR creates an interface that allows users to create their own JBC challenges that matches the challenge system set up for default JBC Scenes.

• All default JBC items included
• A designated "play area" can be created by the user that determines if the robot is inside it or not
• Any default JBC challenge components (i.e. knock over a can, touch the ream, leave start box, etc.) can be combined to customize a JBC Challenge
• In teacher view, the teacher can add their created JBC challenge to a created assignment.
  • The idea is to allow the teacher to create their own JBC challenge for assignments and have their students attempt/complete the custom challenge
• Minor linting and formatting
