Hello! I tried to used the code and since I had some NULL values it didn't work. I used those extra commands and I removed all the NULL values from all the levels.

Hi! Thanks for the suggestion, I'll inspect it. Surprisingly, initial approach did not work. do you have a direct example how there NULL values are present? Meanwhile I'll check the code, it requires some edits, e.g. move library() to Bioc build etc. |
