This is an implementation of VAMPNet (Noe, 2018) to analyze hexamer-hexamer tilt angles (and hence curvature) for the HIV-1 capsid patch. VAMPNets use a deep learning framework for implementing variational approach for Markov processes (VAMP). It takes tilt angles as input features and constucts probabilistic states in the VAMP space, characterized by different tilts. Work in progress.
