Adopt OpenDAL 0.58's finished-operator construction API and capability accessor changes, bump goosefs-sdk for the 0.58.1 GooseFS service, and keep object_store_opendal on 0.58.0 until Lance moves to object_store 0.14.

Gate recommendation: approve with a non-blocking risk. The OpenDAL 0.58 API migration and transitional 0.58.0 bridge preserve Lance’s object_store 0.13 contract, and the upgrade fixes the known GooseFS conditional-create race. Live GooseFS behavior remains unverified; strengthen the cluster test to assert concurrent creates yield exactly one winner and preserve the winner’s data before relying on the new collision semantics.
