Telegram polling does not collect events until the prerequisite dispatch fix merges. Replies in ordinary supergroups can split sessions or target an invalid thread. The bundle release-plan CI check currently fails. A flow save during a provider outage can disarm triggers. Resolve these before merging.

Full details: Test Coverage For New Implementations
-
Explanation
The PR includes substantive tests for the new functionality. Backend tests cover Telegram event normalization, lifecycle ownership, webhook cleanup, polling cursors, provider registration, shared runtime admission, webhook intake, and registered-adapter dispatch. Bundle tests cover manifest loading, component declarations, validation, actions, and client error handling. OAuth changes have dedicated tests. The frontend token-profile changes have a
.test.tsxtest that checks UI, accessibility, and the created payload. Test files follow the required naming conventions.
Full details: Test Quality And Coverage
-
Explanation
Tests cover the primary new behavior with real assertions. Backend tests use pytest async tests, and both backend projects set
asyncio_mode = "auto". Telegram tests cover configuration, event filtering and correlation, receiver ownership, webhook provisioning and cleanup, polling cursor safety, admission failures, and registered-adapter dispatch. Bundle tests cover manifest loading, validation, trigger declarations, action payloads, reply authorization, client error mapping, bounded refresh, method allowlisting, and token redaction. Provider registry and OAuth adapter tests cover fail-closed and security paths. The provider lifecycle tests exercise successful and rejected POST/GET ingress responses, deduplication, dispatch, and cleanup. Frontend tests use Jest and React Testing Library for provider-validated token creation and existing Slack token behavior, including accessibility checks. Existing integration API tests cover successful and error responses and the PR adds schema coverage formanual_token_profiles.
Full details: Test File Naming And Structure
-
Explanation
All changed Python test modules use the expected
test_*.pypattern and pytest functions, fixtures, parametrization, assertions, and cleanup. Test names describe the behavior under test and cover positive and negative cases. The frontend test is a.test.tsxfile undersrc/frontend/src, uses Jest and React Testing Library, and includesbeforeEachandafterEachcleanup. No end-to-end or unmarked integration test files were added.
Full details: Excessive Mock Usage Warning
-
Explanation
No excessive mock usage is introduced. The changed Python tests contain no unittest.mock, AsyncMock, MagicMock, or Mock calls. They use httpx.MockTransport and small BotTransport/Resolver doubles only at external boundaries, while exercising real leases, clients, SQLite persistence, provider registration, ingress, dispatch, and trigger lifecycle (for example test_telegram_lifecycle.py:23-222 and test_telegram_runtime.py:115-341). The frontend addition reuses the existing mocked mutation/query boundary, but drives the real dialog with userEvent and checks the submitted payload. The mocks do not obscure the core behavior under test.

Build successful! ✅ |
Adds Telegram message and bot-command triggers plus send, reply, and notification actions. Each verified bot has one active receiver. Explicit chat filters, canonical update IDs, durable polling offsets, and webhook ownership checks preserve delivery and cleanup. Topic routing requires Telegram's is_topic_message flag.
Fresh JSON and Python CLI tests preserve supported headless actions. The guide covers bot setup, permissions, polling and webhook transport, delivery limits, event identity, and reconnect followed by Resume.
Depends on #15947. This branch includes the shared runtime prerequisite and targets release-1.14.0.
Verification
65 provider, recovery, and API tests passed. 91 bundle and capability contract tests passed. 331 connection, trigger, and locale UI tests passed. The full documentation build passed. Commands used synced environments with this branch first on PYTHONPATH.
Live provider acceptance and public documentation deployment remain unverified. The shared frontend type check has 255 baseline errors, unchanged before and after the fixes in the Jira and Confluence reference branches. CI and review remain separate requirements.
