Add fermionic and Pauli Trotter analysis results

What changed

• adds an executed notebook comparing fermionic-term coloring with direct JW Pauli-string coloring
• adds the 1,728-row analyzer results CSV covering nine molecule families
• adds a Markdown report summarizing graph structure, Trotter-error findings, limitations, and follow-up studies

Why

The artifacts preserve the full first- and second-order Trotter analysis without committing the multi-gigabyte QHAT generation intermediates.

Validation

• notebook JSON validated with jq
• CSV loaded successfully with 1,728 rows, nine molecule families, and both comparison schemes
• staged diff checked for formatting errors
• tensor-to-JW reconstruction validation is recorded in the results, with maximum discrepancy approximately 4.26e-14

Scope

This PR intentionally excludes generated HDF5, pickle, DAT, NPY, configuration, and log files.
