Add Hathora STT and TTS services

Description

This PR adds a new hathora plugin to provide STT and TTS services hosted by Hathora.

Please note that my demo was using a development base_url but the committed default base_url is now live and usable as-is.

Changes Made

• Adds a new plugin: @livekit/agents-plugin-hathora
• Uses Hathora's unified API to access models, allowing support for future models
