This enhances
WKTReaderto parse the symbol "Inf" in an ordinate as an IEEE-754 positive infinite value.The primary goal for this is to allow creating test data for rings and polygons with invalid coordinates. NaN values cannont be used for this, since they are rejected as forming non-closed rings.
