Merges two top-level categories — Threat Intelligence (19 tools, 4 subcategories) and Exploits & Advisories (34 tools) — into a unified Security Intelligence category. These disciplines serve the same practitioners and belong together.

Changes to public/arf.json

• Created new top-level Security Intelligence category
• Migrated all subcategories and tools from both original categories
• Organized into clear subcategories: IOC Tools, TTPs, Phishing, Exploits, Advisories, Terrorism & Extremism
• Removed the two original top-level categories
• 62 URL entries preserved (no tools lost)
• JSON validated, alphabetical ordering applied
