docs: add TweetClaw recommendation example

• add a concrete X/Twitter automation workflow match for TweetClaw in the smart recommendations section
• replace the missing local CONTRIBUTING.md link with direct contribution guidance

• added-line sensitive-string scan
• README link sweep: 10 external URLs checked, local README link fixed; existing blockers remain for s.mapick.ai DNS and mapick.ai privacy/terms 404s
