Bump Microsoft.AspNetCore.OpenApi to 10.0.1 in sample projects and SimpleAuthentication (net10.0). Update SimpleAuthenticationTools.Abstractions to 3.1.6 in SimpleAuthentication and SimpleAuthentication.Swashbuckle. No other changes included.
