Hi, I'm Matteo Minotti 👋

Backend Software Engineer — Go services for high-frequency, real-world data

I design and build Go services that ingest, process, and stream data from distributed physical sources — connected vehicles, urban infrastructure, GNSS sensors — within European R&D projects in the CCAM (Cooperative, Connected & Automated Mobility) and 5G domains. R&D Software Engineer @ LINKS Foundation, Turin (07/2022 – Present)

  • Led key technical workstreams for the IN2CCAM Turin Living Lab: autonomous shuttle integration, real-time dynamic rerouting, SUMO simulation interface, and DATEX II → ETSI DENM conversion for infrastructure interoperability
  • Built a multi-user real-time visualization platform on Turin's urban Digital Twin, streaming live traffic feeds (connected vehicles, smart intersections, parking, VMS) with a focus on performance and bandwidth efficiency
  • Implemented a ROS2 node for GNSS/IMU message generation from raw receiver data in C++
  • Contributed to 5+ European research projects in the CCAM and 5G domains
