Write a script to install dependencies

This script will be useful for test environments.

This should install:

• ADODB.NET
• AMO
• Power BI desktop (optionally)

Unfortunately, due to licensing these cannot be included in the module dependencies.

I suppose it would be an Install-PowerBIDesktopModuleDependencies script...
